By using Pinsight you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use Pinsight
You must be at least 13, and at least 18 to appear on or browse the live trading map. Keep your account to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on it.
Trading
- Trades are between collectors. Pinsight suggests trades and helps you arrange them, but isn't a party to any trade and doesn't guarantee any pin, person or outcome.
- Pinsight never decides whether a pin is authentic. A "flagged as possibly fake" label means a collector flagged it.
- Follow park rules when trading at a park, including Disney's posted pin-trading guidelines. Pinsight is for trading, not selling: don't use it to buy or sell pins.
- Be honest about your pins and their condition, and ship what you agreed to.
- Meet in public places, keep hand-offs quick, and leave if you feel uncomfortable. You decide whether to meet anyone; Pinsight can't check who someone is in person.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you share. You give Pinsight permission to store, show and process it to run the app, as described in the photo terms you accept in the app. Only share photos you took and content you have the right to share.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or anything illegal.
- Scams, counterfeits sold as authentic, spam, or impersonation.
- Sharing someone's private information.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service.
Pinsight has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Report content or collectors from inside the app, and block anyone you don't want to hear from. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
Pinsight+
Pinsight+ is an optional subscription bought through Apple. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings, and payment is charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple. Trading on Pinsight is always free. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Disclaimers
Pinsight is provided "as is". Pin details, values and recognition can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, Pinsight isn't liable for indirect losses or for trades between collectors.
Independent app
Pinsight is an independent fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. Park and character names are used only to describe pins.
