See someone's pins for trade and what they're hunting for before you take a step. Pins on your list come first.

Meet somewhere you both pick.
Drop a pin on the map, write your own spot ("blue bench by the fountain"), or tap a suggested public spot. Only your trading partner sees it, and only after you've both agreed.

Showing traders on a map only works if it's done carefully. These rules are built into Pinsight.
An area, never your spot
Your phone works out which area of the park you're in and sends only that. Your exact location never leaves your phone.
Only while you're open
You're on the map only after you tap Open to trade, and it ends on its own. To see the map, you have to be on it.
Adults on the live map
You confirm you're 18 or older before you can appear on or browse the live map.
Hide from anyone
Hide from specific people on the map. Blocks work both ways, everywhere in the app.
Public spots, quick swaps
Meet spots are public, shown only to your trading partner, and cleared when the swap ends. Quick hand-offs, no setting up shop.
Reports and records
Report anyone from the map or a chat; we review reports within a day. No-shows go on the record.

What is Pinsight?
Pinsight is a pin trading app for park days. Tap Open to trade and you can see other collectors who are open to trade at the same park, look through the pins they have for trade, propose a swap, and agree where to meet. It also keeps your pinboard and the pins you're looking for, and lets you snap pin boards to see what's on them.
When does Pinsight launch?
Pinsight is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone, and to Google Play for Android. Leave your email above and we'll tell you the moment it's live.
Is Pinsight free?
Yes. Pinsight is free to download, and trading with other collectors is always free. Pinsight+ is an optional subscription with extras for collectors who want them.
Does Pinsight share my location?
Only an area of the park, and only while you're open to trade. Your phone works out which area you're in (say, near Germany) and sends just that; your exact location never leaves your phone. Other traders see you in that area, not where you're standing. When you turn Open to trade off, or your time runs out, you're off the map. For the last few minutes before a meet-up, you and your trading partner can choose to share live location with each other; it isn't stored.
How old do I need to be?
Pinsight is for people 13 and older. The live trading map is for people 18 and older: you confirm your age before you can appear on it or browse it.
Do I need to be at a park?
The live map is for park days. Your pinboard, the pins you're looking for, messages and trades by mail work anywhere.
Is Pinsight affiliated with a theme park?
No. Pinsight is an independent app for pin collectors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park operator. Follow each park's posted pin trading guidelines when you trade there.
