How do I sign in?
Enter your email and Pinsight sends a 6-digit code. No password needed.
How do I cancel Pinsight+?
Pinsight+ is billed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pinsight+. In the app: Profile → Pinsight+ → Manage subscription.
I bought Pinsight+ on a new phone and don't see it.
Open the Pinsight+ screen and tap Restore purchases.
How do I get off the trading map?
On Me, tap Change next to "Open at …" and turn off Open to trade. It also ends on its own when your chosen time runs out. To stay hidden from one person while you're open, hide from them, or block them.
How do I report someone or something?
Long-press a message, or use the ••• menu on a collector, post, trade or board update, and choose Report. You can also block a collector from their profile.
Why can't I add a pin board?
New boards can only be placed while you're inside a park, so the map stays accurate.
